What is AußendienstApp?
A mobile field sales app for FMCG and grocery retail sales teams in the DACH region: reps document store visits with structured reports and photos, managers see everything in one dashboard.
Is the product available in English?
The product interface is German-only. Our team is happy to support you in English, and these pages cover everything you need to evaluate the product. If your reps work in German and your management prefers English, that setup works today.
How fast can we get started?
Ready the same day: with your customer list and product list at hand, registration, setup wizard and first template are done on day one. The actual effort depends on the size of your customer master data and the complexity of your report templates.
Where is our data stored?
Core data and photos are stored exclusively in the EU (Frankfurt). A small set of narrowly-scoped processors (payments, email, maps) is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Built in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Do we need an IT department?
No. Fully self-service — no servers, no installation, no consultants.
